At Rory's Travel Club, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your travel needs, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
